OHV contributed half of the Mixed Sprint Relay which finished tenth in Edinburgh on Sunday. Laura Robertson completed the first leg in 22nd place handing over to Joe Lynch. He completed a strong and stable run, notching up seven places to handover in 15th. Tim Robertson ran well to maintain that position and Lizzie Ingham kept the momentum passing runners to end in 12th place over the line. NZ was upgraded to 10th place as higher ranked teams succumbed to mispunches.

We weren't so lucky in the Knock-Out Sprints yesterday. Tim was our best, reaching the semi-finals, while Laura and Lizzie were knocked out in the quarters. Nevertheless a great campaign by our runners at the top of the world. Attention now turns to tomorrow's champions - the NZ Secondary School Champs in our own backyard!
