OHV teams finished 1st and 3rd in the NZ Secondary School Relays in Hawkes Bay today. Troy Thompson, Morag McLellan and Jake McLellan won the Junior Boys by a massive 5 minutes, representing Onslow College. And Nicholas Green, Ruby Cross and Jonathan Green placed third in Intermediate Boys for Hutt Valley High School. Yes you read it right, these were mixed teams running against all-boys teams, which is allowed. A dozen HV-associated juniors also competed in a sprint and a long distance, with Jake McLellan placing second in both. Full results are on the event website.
