Jake posted another great result in the Middle distance on Friday. He placed 66th with the 4th best time behind the winner (5:42) of the 12-strong kiwi team. Zefa Fa'Ave got another podium finish (6th) while Kaia Jorgensen was 18th. The mining terrain was said to be similar to Naseby, with lots of gullies and ditches both large and small. And in the relay Saturday on the same terrain, the top boys team (Jake on 2nd leg) finished 12th by country, and the girls in a best ever 8th.
