Huge Rogaine at Tunnel Gully - Final Results Up

Bernard Campion and Hamish Laing are provisional winners of today's 6-hour Big Trig rogaine, run in perfect conditions from Tunnel Gully. Sarah Gray, Will Vale, Simon Robinson and Lachlan McKenzie appear to have the 3-hour win by a mere 10 points.

The Drew family returned from the MTB-Orienteering Champs at the weekend with five national titles - including the long-distance womens open crown.

NZ juniors posted some outstanding results in the all-Australia Sprint and Long over the weekend, culminating in Relay wins today in both the W and M14, the W and M16, and second in the W and M20E.

NZ SS Teams Top All Aussie States

After the relay, the result was: NZ Harua 1, NZ Karahiwi 2, and probably NSW 3. Worth noting that Sydney alone has as many people as New Zealand!

OHV Boys Lead in Australia

For the inter-state contest, our NZSS Team has been divided into "NZ Karahiwi" (OHV's three members) and "NZ Harua". After Monday's Sprint, Karahiwi was in the lead ahead of "NZ Harua" and then NSW.

Mixed teams front up on Rangituhi

Mixed teams dominated the 90-minute rogaine on Rangituhi last Wednesday, filling the top 14 placings. And mixed also took the top three placings in the 3-hour category, with only 10 points separating them.

Good Count in Final Score

107 orienteers at today's final of the score series in Belmont Regional Park. Following the CSW awards, Ryan Gordon from Onslow posted the top student score, and was third overall.
