Warming Up at the Hutt Rec

Nearly 100 students ran on Oliver Edwards' courses through the Lower Hutt civic centre today in the first of two CSW familiarisation days.

Hot Competition at Hutt High

A big turnout at tonight’s CSW Sprint at Hutt High in high temperatures and it included a maze course.

And Low-Key Again

Chapter four of the Hutt River sprint adventure race series started at Moonshine Park with 71 participants. Nicholas and Joel Green won by a substantial margin.

More High-Key Summer Orienteering

The second sprint contest in a week also produced good results for OHV members. It was in Hawkes Bay in very hot conditions.

High-Key Summer Orienteering

And at the other end of the spectrum, a high-speed multi-stage sprint contest was run last weekend in New Plymouth, with OHV stars Laura and Tim Robertson featuring in the results. The club's vets also did well - Jill Dalton was unbeaten in W70.

Low-Key Summer Orienteering

A gap in the formal event calendar hasn't stopped people orienteering over the summer. OHV has run 3 do-it-yourself activities (U-Max) and 20 members took part in the regional training camp in the Wairarapa over the long anniversary weekend.
